Nawoova Getrude

Hello! I am Nawoova Getrude, born in 2011, and a Primary 7 student at St. Savio Junior School, Kisubi. Life at school is always exciting, full of learning, challenges, and memorable experiences. I stay at school throughout the term, learning to manage my studies, activities, and friendships with independence and confidence.

One of my favorite passions is netball. I enjoy the teamwork, energy, and fun that come with the game, and it helps me stay active, focused, and motivated every day.

At home, I love practicing my creativity through dancing, making comedy skits, and exploring trends on TikTok. These hobbies let me share joy and laughter while learning new skills and expressing myself.

My parents inspire me greatly. My mother, Namuganga Agnes, is a dedicated herbalist and entrepreneur, teaching me the values of kindness, dedication, and responsibility. My father, Mulinde Richard, encourages me to dream big, stay disciplined, and embrace life with confidence and curiosity. Their love and support guide me through school, sports, and my hobbies.

Besides netball, I enjoy dancing, creating fun comedy skits, and exploring TikTok trends. These activities help me stay creative, confident, and connected to my peers. I love experimenting with new moves, stories, and ideas that brighten my day and bring smiles to others.

My school days are full of lessons, activities, and netball practice. Between classes, I enjoy learning new skills, helping classmates, and participating in school events. After school, I spend time developing my hobbies—dancing, comedy skits, and TikTok content—allowing me to express creativity and unwind.

Being at school for the term helps me stay focused, disciplined, and independent. Every day is filled with opportunities to learn, have fun, and grow into a confident, joyful, and energetic young person.
